Borrowing Power Calculator

We developed this calculator to help people work out how much they can ACTUALLY afford to borrow, rather than than just letting lenders determine how much they can borrow. When lenders determine what someone can afford, they use averages and generalisations that may not take take into account individual situations. Lenders know that in a small percentage of cases  they will get it wrong but overall they will make a profit. For that 1% where they get it wrong, the results are disastrous.

Use the calculator to get an idea of what you can actually afford to borrow. Don’t just trust the lenders.
