You can use QuickBooks to keep track of your profits and losses, and will automatically sync across all your devices.



The Expensify app is one of the best out there for capturing receipts and tracking details when you are travelling or incurring work-related expenses. Expensify will categorise and file away all of your receipts and other details into expense reports. The app also has the functionality to track time and mileage when on the go.


Invoice by Wave

Invoice by Wave is a great app for creating and sending invoices on the go. With the app, you can easily create and send branded invoices from your phone upon completion of a job. The app will also send you notifications when you have received payment.


PayPal Here

PayPal Here is an app that allows you to charge clients on the go. The app is free, but you can purchase a card and chip reader to plug into your phone so you can accept payments via credit and debit cards. With the app you can also invoice customers, itemise orders, and process client refunds.


Australian Taxation Office
